What are your opening times?

We are open Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm.

Which areas do you deliver to?

 We deliver to any UK address, but unfortunately we don’t cover the Republic of Ireland

How can I place my order?

You can submit your order by dialling 01784243073 and placing your order over the phone, or you can visit our website www.vikiflowers.co.uk  and follow the instructions. This is very easy and safe process.

How long is your standard delivery time?

Our 1st class Royal Mail delivery service take 1-2 working days.

Who is the flower’s courier?

We deliver our flowers by Royal Mail Postal Service.

Is the vase included with an arrangement?

No, all bouquets coming without vase.

Can I include personal message with my arrangements?

 Yes, you can include personal message. This option is available when purchasing items online, before submitting your order. 

Can you deliver to Business Address?

We are able to deliver to any Business Address only over the week. Any orders placed on Friday will arrive on Saturday or Monday. Therefore, please ensure that Saturday delivery will be accepted.

Do you deliver items on Sunday or Public Holidays?

Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver any items on Sunday or Public holidays at this time.

Can you guarantee specific time for delivery?

Should you choose standard delivery- Royal Mail 1st class, your arrangement will arrive between 9am-5pm. We are unable to guarantee exact timing or delivery date if you use Royal Mail 1st class.

What will happen if the recipient is not available?

 If there is nobody to take an order for the recipient, a red leaflet will be left at the address, and your arrangement will be taken to local post depot.
